Found it! :) I finally went through the config line by line and realized that I
had logging turned on (by default)...DUH!!!! :)

Nov 21 20:30:18 HORDE [error] [kronolith] DB Error: unknown error: UPDATE
horde_datatree_seq SET id=LAST_INSERT_ID(id+1) [nativecode=1142 ** update
command denied to user: 'horde at localhost' for table 'horde_datatree_seq'] [on
line 334 of "/var/www/html/horde-3.0-rc1/lib/Horde/DataTree/sql.php"]

>From here I checked out the base horde create.mysql.sql:

-- If you choose to grant permissions manually, note that with MySQL, PEAR DB
-- emulates sequences by automatically creating extra tables ending in _seq,
-- so the MySQL "horde" user must have CREATE privilege on the "horde"
-- database.

I noticed that the script doesn't grant CREATE to the horde user, do this means
that the sequence creation will fail.

Please let me know if I missed the boat there! ;-)
