[kronolith] Kronolith 2.0: menus displaying twice

Hi folks,

A minor problem with 2.0: the bit of the menu defined in kronolith's
conf.php ($conf['menu']['apps']) gets displayed twice.  I can work
around the problem by commenting out "echo $cmenu->render();" in
templates/menu.inc, but I wouldn't propose that as a solution. :-)

I think the problem is that the horde function Horde/Menu.php gets
called from both menu.inc and lib/Kronolith.php
