[kronolith] cannot add new event

  Hello,

I try to use horde-3.0.1/kronolith-2.0.1 and I have problem
to add any new event.

It looks there is absent opening <a href> tag in the html page:

I have still one suggestion - it would be nice to start New Events 
dialog on today calendar instead of December 1999.
