[kronolith] Horde-Kronolith Integration

Sorry about that. But I didn't see any timestamp (variable/value) in the url
before or after the change you suggested. The url of New Event link simply does
not change. However, in Month View of the Calendar, I do see a timestamp on the
Day links, e.g:

http://localhost:8080/horde/kronolith/day.php?Horde=xxxxx&timestamp=1105052400
