[kronolith] Horde-Kronolith Integration

I thought perhaps you should know this:
Each time New Event link is clicked and the errors I mentioned show, a calendar
for December 1999 is displayed. The Urls for Next and Previous months are
respectively:

http://localhost:8080/horde/kronolith/month.php?month=1&year=2000&Horde=xxxxx

and

http://localhost:8080/horde/kronolith/month.php?month=11&year=1999&Horde=xxxxx
