[kronolith] Mail server and send mail from

Hy all 
i have a problem to set the 2 field about the mail  from kronolith.
can anybody tell me please what i must put inside there ?

Another think ... i read that many guys "activate the reminder" where is
that reminder ? is that the alarm in the new kronolith ?
