[kronolith] Kronolith reminders.php errors

  I was trying to get Kronolith alarm functionality to work so I
found in one of the e-mails that was recently send to the list about
reminders.php script that should provide alarm event functionality.

  Environment:

  PHP 4.3.10
Zend Engine v1.3.0
Horde H3
Kronolith-h3-2.0.2

  Here are the details of the error:
