[kronolith] export calendar: ical or vcal in older version?

hi all
my ISP is using an (apparently) older version of horde/kronolith, i'm not 
absolutely sure which version -- icalendar is not available as an option for 
exporting calendars (though it is hidden in the html as option that may 
eventually be available).
is there any way to convert the .csv file that i *can* export to an ical or 
vcal file? my kronolith calendar is pretty packed and i would like to import 
it into ical (mac os x). is there any program that i can import the .csv 
file into, which will then export ical or vcal?
since i don't have access to the horde install (it is of course controlled 
by the ISP) i can't update to the latest version of kronolith which i 
understand *does* export icalendar files...
any pointers would be gratefully received...

p.s. the long reason i would like to do this is that i would like to import 
my horde calendar onto my ipod and periodically update it manually...
