[kronolith] Kronolith 2.0.3: free/busy return wrong values

The free/busy modul shows for "all Attendees" only free possible Meeting 
Times (on green), but no busy informations (on red) are shown

- Horde Version: 3.0.4
- free/busy field of contact in our addressbook (2.0.2, local MySQL)is 
ok for all attendees.
- Kronolith add events works fine.
- Kronolith_usage tables in MySQL is empty
