[kronolith] user cleanup (SQL)

  If I want to delete all records for a user 'abc', which field I
should look for: calendar_id or event_creator_id.

ie. delete from kronoliith_events where calendar_id='abc at dom' or

  delete from kronoliith_events where event_creator_id='abc at dom'

If one can tell me similarly for other tables also, I will be
thankful.
