[kronolith] Show the name/title of the current calendar(s)

I'm aware of the side-by-side view, but in this case there are going
to be quite a few calendars which will be shared. A couple of people
will need to look up/alter these quickly, and I was asked if there
would be a possibility to show the name of the current active calendar
so they would know which calendar is on their screen right now.
If they are going to manage many calendars I don't think the
side-by-side view will be sufficient.
