[kronolith] Free/Busy information Not showing.

I'm running Horde 3.0.4
Kronolith              2.0.3

Free/busy information used to show up when I initially tested kronolith 
a couple of Horde versions ago. Now, the red, green blocks do not show 
for specific required attendees. This is a big stumbling block for me in 
trying to switch users to Kronolith, they need to be able to schedule 
meetings for mutual free times.

So far I have checked that
allow_url_fopen = On
and I checked fb.php.
The fb.php seems to work and is returning information for the attendees 
with events already scheduled :

however when I display them in the add attendees window, I get
blank blocks for all required attendees and the possible meeting times 
are all blocked in green.

I can't quite figure out how the free/busy screen is actually built tho'

I have seen a few posts on the list about similar problems , but no 
satisfactory answers as to how or where to fix this particular phenomenon.

Any help would be much appreciated.
