[kronolith] reminder doesn't work...

 Horde: 3.0.3 ,  Imp: H3 (4.0.2) ,  Kronolith: H3 (2.0.4-RC1)

when i run :
/usr/local/bin/php /usr/xxxxx/htdocs/horde/kronolith/scripts/reminders.php

i have the following error :

A fatal error has occurred

DB Error: connect failed

do you know why ?
