[kronolith] Email alarms

Hi,

I have looked on the wiki, and the faq, and see no information on email 
alarms. However I have seen some scattered reports in my searches of the 
mail lists, and on IRC that this has been working for a long time! Can 
some one point me in the right direction? I'm sorry if it's in some 
obvious place and I failed to find it.

Additionaly, my client would like me add support for adding another 
email address to the email alarm tool.

If this is already done or being worked on, I would like to know.
