[kronolith] Events not being recorded

I have just set up my horde2 framework on a different machine. IMP, at
least, is working fine, but no events are being recorded in the mysql
database when I use kronolith.

I will look into my config just in case there is something obvious, but
would appreciate some advice as to what I should check.
