[kronolith] <"MAILTO\:user"@121media.com> Mailbox unknown

[Roman Gaufman]

I send invitation from Horde, and try to accept in Evolution, Apple
Mail or Outlook. Seems the .ics generated by horde is invalid. I
stripped MAILTO from all files in horde/kronolith that had it and now
its working fine. Reported bug 3346.
