[kronolith] Strange problem with attendees

I did and the iCalendar source is ok. I found that the problem not  
always occurs. I didn't see it first, but I found it is caused by the  
winter/summertime switch (last weekend in march). When the event is  
before this weekend, i.e. cet=utc+1 and iCalendartime=eventtime-1, 1  
hour is added to the event, but when it is after this weekend, i.e.  
cet=utc+2, iCalendartime is still eventtime-1!, but now 2 hours are  
added to the event. I think the iCalendartime should be eventtime-2  
during summertime.
