the fueatures are:
   
  personal groups with invitation policy (implemented)- a user can now create a gruop of friends and a calendar is automatically asigned to this group. this calendar is acceced by the creator with full control and by the members of the group in read mode. the members can accept or reject the invitation.

  global categories (implemented) - if the administrator configure the sistem to do this he define the categories the will be common to all the member's of the organization. this categories will be available to all inmediatelly.

  Groups Calendar (implemented) - assign a calendar to the horde groups this this calendar wiil have one or more chiefs and these calendar will be accesed by all the member of the groups in read mode and by the chiefs in write mode.

  dates (progress) - an user can see the free time of other to know when take a date. the date will by aproved or refused by the other user.
  //***********************************
  some stats(propposed) - allow a user to know what percent of her time takes some category of activities.
   
  these are some of the features I propose U. Note that a lot of them are already implemented. Give us your opinion about them. I'm shure we can contribute with  U.
