[kronolith] Reminder

Hello,

in our public hospuital we use IMP. Now I would like to push the users 
to change from outlook to kronolith, but there is one thing I miss:

in outlook or in Mozilla sunbird when I get a reminder I get a dialog 
with a "snooze" or "remember later" button.

I understand that this is actualy not possible because the reminder is a 
mail, but wouldn't it be possible to display all the "open" appointments 
  on the horde main page with a "snooze" button for every item ?

A true reminder via AJAX would even be better
