[kronolith] Repeating Header row in print

Thanks to  Chuck and Otto for the good suggestion.
Now I 'm able to patch horde/kronolith/templates/month/head.inc to 
repeat the table heading.
With Mozilla and Firefox it work fine but up to now with IE6 it doesn't 
work.
I'm also tried the two HTML sample  published at 
http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/tables.html#h-11.2.3
but IE6 they doesn't work too.
