[kronolith] issue granting permissions to shared calendars

Thank you.  That seems to have fixed it on my test server.  This is the same
file as is included in 3.1.1, which I had thought I already tried.  I'll put
it on my real server and begin using it.

Ah - popup.js isn't a PHP file, and the fix wasn't merged to FW_3_0 I  
guess. You can use this version, and it's fixed in the branch for any  
future releases:
