[kronolith] Disabling multiple calendars

Hi,

I want users to have only one calendar and thus tried to disable  
multiple calendars. Preferences are cleaned up right now by locking  
several prefs. But the menu entry "My Calendars" is still there and  
allows to create another calendar.

A look into templates/menu.inc makes me believe that there is no way  
to disable this. The according menu entry is surrounded by an  
"if(count($my_calendars))", which should always be true if there is  
any calendar.

Did I miss anything? If not, what is the right way to patch this one?
