[kronolith] upgrading mysql db form old horde version

yes, but i missed (at that time, in the meantime i found it!) the
definition of categories and the category colors. the are now defined
as "horde categories" (categories) and no longer as "kronolith
categories" (event_categories).
and is i could not find any mentioning in the docs i wondered what
else might have been changed which may lead to problem.
