[kronolith] Webdav and Sunbird

I've tried applying the patches to the latest kronolith with a few
errors.  Any ideas?  How do I configure kronolith and Sunbird to look
the same place?  I'm not being prompted for a username or password or
anything with sunbird.  What do i need to do to configure sunbird properly?
