[kronolith] Changing the printing and views

There aren't any options right now... but there are a few enhancements that
have been suggested by others and myself on bugs.horde.org for the future.

Depending on the information you need, you should check out the
contributions there first.

Hi,

An user asked if it was possible to list more information on the events,
such as starting time, both on screen and on paper.

Before I go to the source I wanted to know if that is somehow configurable
(I've looked all over but I don't see an option) or if there are
alternatives to make those views a bit more verbose.
