[kronolith] Kronolith Alarms Not Happening

I'm hoping someone can help point me (and my hosting company) in the right 
direction to get reminder alarms working.

According to the hosting company, they're running Kronolith version 2.1.2. 
They have the cron job set up, and they are not getting any errors from 
reminders.php.  No reminder emails are going out, however!  Nothing alarms 
at all....yet no apparent errors.

Any feedback I could feed to them would be very appreciated.  They seem 
stumped.  They're also communicating with the CPanel folks, but they don't 
seem to have an answer either.
