[kronolith] Alarm Email Notices

[Muskingum Web Manager]

I've received several requests to include the Location in the email notices
sent out by events with alarms, so I patched
kronolith/lib/Scheduler/kronolith.php accordingly. I've attached the patch
for others who are interested, and if you feel it's worth implementing in
HEAD, you are welcome to do so.
