[kronolith] Options in CVS Head

Sorry for replying to my own post, but I've done a 'quick and dirty'  
(actually not too dirty) fix should anyone else have the same problem.  
I've added the following to the end of kronolith/config/menu.php  
(created from menu.php.dist):

$_menu[] = array(
     'url' =>        'calendars.php',
     'text' =>       'Manage Calendars',
     'icon' =>       'themes/graphics/calendars.png',
     'icon_path' =>  '',
     'target' =>     '',
     'onclick' =>    ''
);
