[kronolith] users agenda not automatically created

Hi,

I use horde, with imp, nag, turba, mnemo and kronolith all last versions 
on a debian stable system.

Users are authentifcated via imp -> imap -> ldap and all horde stuff is 
hosted on a postgresql database.

My left menu on horde includes kronolith in the organizing zone. Some 
account do not have kronolith, and as I invite them to a meeting, their 
own agenda can't be created. I'm quite sure it is not a bug but a 
problem in my config. Any idea ?
