[kronolith] reminders.php script is not working

Hi, i've installed the last version of Horde Groupware
Webmail Edition, installed and running ok, on a
windows 2000 server with an apache 2.2. Everything
works ok, but for the kronolith reminders php script,
when i run it with php cli version (php 5.2.1) nothing
happends, no error is displayed and no log entry is
found neither on apache log neither on horde log. It
seems to run the script ok, but no email is sent to
the person who has setted up the alarm.

What´s worng, any ideas?
