[kronolith] uneditable, undeleteable calendar?

Hi there,
during our testing phase I created a couple of calendars, one a
world-readable calendar, the other a world-writeable calendar.

Now I cannot delete either of these.

My account is administrative and I can still make changes to the horde
configuration.

However, in the "My calendars" page I cannot select either of these two
calendars in the "Edit Calendars" "Select a calendar to edit" dropdown
menu. The only calendar which appears there is my personal calendar.

How do I delete these two calendars?
