[kronolith] Free/busy url and LDAP

This worked for me a few months ago:

/kronolith/config/prefs.php needs a 'value' listed for search_sources.  It
wants the value you use for your directory address book in
turba/config/sources. In my case this equals:

$_prefs['search_sources'] = array(
    'value' => "localldap",
    'locked' => false,
    'shared' => false,
    'type' => 'implicit',
);
