[kronolith] Auto-refresh

Hello,

Is there an auto-refresh option what works in Kronolith?

I have a customer what wants to use 1 calendar by different users. He
wants to see the latest appointments without refreshing the browser.

I have tried the auto-refresh in Horde, but that seems to do nothing in
Kronolith.
