[kronolith] Problem with categories

Hi,

In Kronolith 2.2-RC1, when you select "New Category" in Add Event Form, 
and you enter a Category that already exists (in the JavaScript pop-up 
dialog), you get this error:

Notice: Undefined variable: category in 
/var/www/horde/agenda/lib/Driver.php on line 1698

I solved that just defining $category previously (i attach the patch)
