I have found this handy to allow my printed calendars to have a
heading identifying their origin.

at the ned of kronolith/templates/common-header.inc
add

<?php if ($print_view)
  require KRONOLITH_TEMPLATES . '/print_header.inc'; ?>

create a member in kronolith/templates called print_header.inc.

<div id="print_logo" class="header">
<!-- Optional Print Header -->
</div>

put what you want in betewwn the divs and your printed calendars now
have a header.
