[kronolith] 2.2-RC-2: reminders not sent until calendar is refreshed

Is it possible to call reminders.php from a cronjob on an other  
server? Because i have
the problem that i have no cronjobs on this hoster, but would have the  
chance to make it
on an other server. But i think here is the problem:

Is there no way to do this?
