[kronolith] documentation for editing over webdav/caldav with sunbird/lightning

Check your permissions for the calendar (can't remember if I had to  
add that separately.)  Give Creator (and maybe All Authenticated  
Users) Show, Read, Edit, Delete.

I've got full read/write in Sunbird with this setup.
