[kronolith] documentation for editing over webdav/caldav with sunbird/lightning

Lets try again in text mode! ...

Remember the read/write is only really functional in the latest release
candidates and CVS Head versions of Kronolith 2.2 when run in the latest
release candidates or CVS Head versions of Horde 3.2.

I have been testing with RC1 of kronolith 2.2 and horde 3.2 and
read/write does work. Check which releases you are running.
One thing to note which I have come up against is that, as far as I can
see anyway, if you are using IMP authentication for horde and you have
the flag set to allow you to use the userid without the full email
address (e.g. bill instead of bill at mycompany.net), you still have to
use bill at myconpany.net as the userid when prompted by sunbird/lightning.
Otherwise you get some other calendar or just a failed login.

Cheers,
          Dewi.
