I think so. But since he's talking about the permissions page i guess
he's looking for a setting for every calendar event. In this case a
free/busy would be the solution.

Maybe the free/buys funktion already in kronolith will help. If he's
looking for a webpage view of f/b i don't know if there's one - not 
using f/b. At least when adding an attendee there is some kind of f/b view.
