[kronolith] Problem with calendar sync

Hello all,

i have a problem with sync my kronolith calendar. I want to edit my 
kronolith calender with sunbird / or Outlook.
I have read access with the URL: 
https://SERVERNAME/horde3/kronolith/ics.php?c=USERNAME@DOMAIN
With icalendar (ICS)
On the Horde website i have seen a Howto: 
http://wiki.horde.org/KronolithSunbird?referrer=HowTo# When i put this
URL in my Sunbird address field, i havent read access.
Only the upper link would work for read access.

My System is a
Ubuntu Server 8.10
horde 3.2.1
kronolith 2.1.8

Can i get read/write access from an mailclient like Thunderbird or Outlook 
to my calendar?
When yes, it gives any howtoes to config this?
Must i configure WEBDav or any other soft?
