You don't need that, it's bundled with Horde Groupware.

The 401 means that the authentication failed. This is the expected
behavior when you access the url for the first time. You should then
get a password prompt from your client, and another subsequent GET
request in the log, with the user name after the IP address and a 200
instead of the 401.
