[kronolith] replacing a recurring event and save it as current event. --> API

EXDATE is working with RRULE together. Otherwise it will be ignored.

as fare as i can see this leads to a 2 step procedure:
1. exclude the recurrence.
2. insert a copy for the exclude.

Am I complete wrong?
