[kronolith] Alarm repeats every minute

Hi!

Thank you. I chose the former way using horde/scripts/alarms. Now it  
works as expercted. I also hat to change my calendar notofication  
settings to really get emails, otherwise i only got embedded  
notifications in Horde.
