[kronolith] Where is the calendar?

First of all: My test only worked because I was logged into Horde on a
different screen... If I log out, I got a empty screen too without any
calendar info. Back to step 1... :-)
But I found the problem. As a first step you must set the permissions
for the applications. This is done in "Administration", then
"Permissions". You need to add a entry for horde and one for kronolith,
both with full rights (show, read, edit, delete) for authentificated
users and with "show" and "read" for guests.
In the second step you can then set the permissions for the calendar
itself, but you already did that I think.
I hope that solves it...
