[kronolith] Adding CalDAV calendar failed

Hi,
I'm trying to set up a CalDAV (DAViCal 0.9.9.4) calendar in Kronolith 3.0.2.

When I try to add an "external calendar", I enter as Homepage:

https://caldav.example.com/caldav.php/robert%40example.com/home

which results in an error message:

https://caldav.example.com/caldav.php/robert%40example.com/home:
stream_get_contents() expects parameter 1 to be resource, null given
</snip>

The same URL works in Evolution and manually entering the URL in a web
browser allows me to download the ics file, once I've authenticated myself.

Any idea what is going wrong?
