Okay, this seems to be a problem with the AJAX-based interface. When
using the traditional interface, I can enter the homepage, username and
password of the CalDAV resource and everything works as expected.

However, when using the AJAX interface, I get asked for the URL of the
homepage and the desired calendar color, but when clicking on "next",
the connection fails with the above error messages. I don't even get a
chance to enter the username and password.
