[kronolith] Group Permission within Kronolith

Hi,

I am fresh to this list and havent´t seen this question in the archive. 
I am missing the group permission tab in Kronolith 3.0.2. I don´t know 
if that is a general issue or only based on my installation ? I have 
used it in the old installation and also expanded the code, so would be 
nice to have this also in the new version.

Any hints are welcome
