[kronolith] customize perms.inc

Hello,

I am using last kronolith 3.0.3 and I would like to get rid of changing
owners and guest on perms form. That's not usable on large setup (thousands
of accounts)
I just keep users and groups shares.

So I patch kronolith/perms.inc, but it only works in a non ajax setup. I
don't know what to do for ajax.

Could you give me some advice?
