[kronolith] Remote Calendar not importing

Using Kronolith H3 (2.3.5) on Horde 3.3.11

When trying to subscribe to a public Google Calendar, I'm getting the  
following error message.

Warning Could not open  
https://www.google.com/calendar/ical/h0jgi2jmdm58ce720l1fi1mt8o%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

If you cut and paste that URL into a browser, Firefox does prompt to  
open or download the ics file.

Am I missing something? I can't find anything via Google search or in  
the FAQ that addresses this, so I'm thinking it is not a common problem.

Note - I'm an end user - I can't upgrade Horde or edit a php file on  
this installation of Horde.
