[kronolith] Holidays in Personal Calendar

Hi All

I have a requirement that the "Holidays" Calendar should be integrated with
the user's personal calendar, so that the holiday events are part of the
user's Personal Calendar entries.

My questions are ==>

a) Can it be done use conf/prefs or some other config files ?
b) Do we need to hack the code to do this, and if so - where and how should
we go about doing this
